"User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses our services. "Provider" refers to businesses or individuals listing estates on the platform. "Customer" refers to users booking hotels, cafes, or restaurants through the platform. 2. User Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if false information is provided. 3. Account Registration and Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately. 4. Booking and Payment Policies For Customers: Customers can book hotels, cafes, or restaurants through the app. Booking confirmation is subject to availability. Payments are processed securely through integrated payment gateways. Cancellation policies vary by provider and are displayed at the time of booking. For Providers: Providers must ensure their estate information, availability, and pricing are accurate and updated. Providers are responsible for handling customer reservations and service quality. Payments for bookings are processed per the agreed-upon terms with Redak. 5. Subscription Plans We offer three subscription types: Star (Free): Basic listing and booking features. Premium: Allows providers to upload posts, images, and videos. Premium Plus: Includes additional features and priority support. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly/yearly basis. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but benefits will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. 6. Content Moderation Providers and Premium users can upload images, videos, and text content related to their estates. All content must comply with local laws and community guidelines. Prohibited content includes: Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment. Political, religious, or explicit adult content. False or misleading estate information. Violation of content policies may result in content removal or account suspension. 7. Privacy and Data Protection We collect and store user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No user can access another user’s personal information. Providers receive limited customer details only for booking purposes. We implement security measures to protect user data, but we are not responsible for breaches caused by third-party actions. 8. User Conduct Users agree to: Use the platform only for lawful purposes. Provide accurate and complete information. Respect other users and follow the platform’s policies. Users must NOT: Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities. Disrupt or harm the platform’s functionality. Misuse another user’s data. 9. Disclaimers and Liability Limitations We provide services "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
